





Mia is a 500 hour RYT yoga instructor trained in vinyasa, hatha, restorative, yin, adaptive, chair, prenatal, and kids yoga. With additional certifications in yoga nidra, yoga for anxiety, and trauma-informed yoga, Mia centres her practice on fostering resilience and caring for mental and emotional wellbeing. She loves using yoga to nurture a sense of wholeness within her students by slowing down and nurturing calm connectedness through breath and body awareness.

At her treetop yoga studio in her home on Pender Island, Mia offers the following classes on a weekly basis:
Thursday: 5:30pm Power Flow taught by Bar
Friday: 9am Flow | 6:00pm Yin Yoga Stretch
Sunday: 9:00am Ebb & Flow | 10:30am Restorative Yin Yoga
(a quiet and restful stretching class incorporating elements of yin and restorative yoga)

Personal Services
Personal Studio Session – $75
Book a one-on-one session in our treetop yoga studio for personalized support building a yoga practice tailored to your unique goals and needs. Sessions are 75 minutes long and leave you with more confidence to make your practice your own. Each session is followed up with a personalized practice plan to take home with you.
Yoga at Home – $85
I offer in-home yoga sessions that work around your schedule. Whether that’s consistent weekly visits or sporadic sessions when the stars align. Practicing in your own space can help you better integrate yoga into your daily lifestyle. Each session is followed up with a personalized practice plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Virtual Sessions – $75
If you travel often or live beyond my own travel radius, then virtual sessions are a wonderful way to bring consistency and support into your yoga practice. These sessions have all the benefits of an at-home practice and are easy to adjust in order to suit your changing needs. Virtual sessions also include a personalized plan to take with you along your journey of wellbeing.
Yoga for Events – $200 in studio & $200 + props off site
In addition to personal practices, I also provide yoga for groups. Whether you want to offer yoga at a corporate event, plan a special yoga meditation for your upcoming celebration, or simply practice yoga in the park with friends, I am happy to curate an experience that meets your needs.
